We keep the range small on purpose. Each product is one we can source from a supplier we have checked, at a price we can explain, and that we would be comfortable using ourselves. If a piece doesn't meet that standard, we leave it out, even when it belongs to a popular category.

Specifications come from the manufacturer for the exact model we sell. Where a figure is the manufacturer's rather than our own measurement, the product page says so.

Our stock is held in fulfilment warehouses in the United States, operated by a distribution partner. Orders are dispatched from there. Most arrive within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch, and tracking starts as soon as the parcel is scanned. Details are on the shipping and delivery page.

IKIMSOFT itself is an independent business registered and based in Morocco. We do not have a US corporate address, and we would rather say so clearly than leave you to assume otherwise.

Email is how we support customers, and we reply within one business day. There is no phone line or call centre. Use the contact page for order questions, product questions, or to ask about something you can't find in the store.

Bulky outdoor items are expensive to ship back, so return shipping is paid by the customer. The full policy is on the returns page, and we recommend reading it before you order.

We would rather sell seven products properly than seventy superficially. Every product here has published specifications, clear delivery information and a returns policy we can honour. If something you want isn't listed, it is usually a supply or cost decision rather than an oversight. Ask us through the contact page and you will get a straight answer.
